Just like you, we are faced with the daily struggles of eating healthy, making time for workouts, juggling family, running a household, work schedules, and the list goes on. Life can get complicated and "most" of us don't want to spend what little time we have meal prepping or in a gym.
At FireFly Fitness Co., we have a passion for health and overall wellness. We are dedicated to helping you see that being fit and eating clean does not have to be confusing, overwhelming, time consuming, or dreadful. With the Minimum 1 Month plan all workouts are carefully created by your very own certified personal trainer to optimize health and weight management. You will have unlimited access to your trainer through in-app messaging. Workouts will be designed around the equipment you have access to (no gym memberships required).
This program is designed for individuals needing a purposeful program with minimal guidance, while still having complete access to their trainer.
With the Basic 1 Month plan all workouts are customized to your specific fitness goals by your very own certified personal trainer. You will have unlimited access to your trainer through in-app messaging. There will be two 30 minute accountability calls scheduled with your trainer throughout the month. Workouts will be designed around the equipment you have access to (no gym memberships required). Nutritional consulting will be available upon your request.
With the Ideal 1 month plan we are taking it up a notch by adding in more call time with your trainer, along with more personalized nutritional coaching. There will be four 20 minute coaching calls scheduled throughout the month. Nutritional guidelines, as well as caloric and macro nutrient advice will be discussed more in depth with you so that you will feel more confident in your approach in eating to reach your goals while still enjoying some of your favorite foods.
With the Elite 1 month plan we are going even further! This plan provides everything within the Ideal plan, including the four 20 minute coaching calls scheduled throughout the month. The added benefit is the additional habit coaching and goal setting with extra accountability. No more just blindly going through your week without a plan or goal in mind. Your entire plan is designed around you based on the goals discussed with your personal trainer/coach.
The Eat Happy 1 Month plan is all about nutrition. It is designed for those wanting to eliminate the guessing or planning of what or how much they should eat. All plans are designed based on the information you provide to your nutrition coach.
*If combined with Basic or Ideal plan the 30 minute coaching call will be used as one of the calls provided within that plan.

The Dream Bigger 1 Month plan is designed for the woman who wants to learn how to establish personal habits that will support individual growth. Along the way, you'll learn: how to overcome obstacles, how to create a foundation for reaching larger goals, how to focus on small wins (success comes in many forms), how to build self-confidence, how to approach each day as a new day designed for success, how to create small positive impacts on your everyday life that will lead to larger impacts, and even more. Whether you've got an idea of where you want to go and just need a little help getting there or you're starting from ground zero - this plan provides you with someone to help hold you accountable, keep you on track to work on your habits and meet your goals, and it provides you with a plan to take action that will lead you to success.
Program design is best suitable for those who are just wanting a certified trainer to design a personalized program for them without all the bells and whistles of having an online coach. You'll have an initial consultation and your trainer will deliver your program. You're free to reach out with any questions regarding the program at any time. You're trainer will check back in with you 4 weeks from when you receive your program.
This program is best suited for those who don't need the accountability or check-ins. But just want a personalized program designed to meet their specific needs.
